We do allow family and friends to visit. We request that they come to the office to book in with us and register their vehicles as we have cameras and park in the car park. We charge if they want to use the Swimming Pool.
Please telephone us on 01752 344122 to make a booking. We require a £50 deposit per week or part week or payment in full if you are arriving within 21 days. Your balance is due 21 days before arrival and we request that you phone us again to make payment. We will not automatically take the balance. Please advise us if you have a large motorhome or caravan so we can accommodate you on a pitch that is suitable for you.
We have a local bus which is approximately 15 minutes walk away and runs every 20 minutes until 6.30pm and then every 30 minutes. It runs every 30 minutes on Sunday and Bank Holidays.
You can walk into the grounds of Saltram House from the site. You will then have to walk further into the grounds to get to the House.
It is approximately 4 miles to walk into Plymouth from the site. It is along busy roads. We would recommend getting the bus.
You do need to bring your own electric hook up lead. If you are on one of our serviced pitches you will need to bring your own hook up equipment for the water and grey waste. You may also want to bring rock pegs if you are going to put an awning up on our serviced pitches as they are shingle.
Our Bar, Restaurant and Take-away are open for the main Bank Holidays and open for the season from 26th May. They are not open on a Monday evening. Don't forget to book for our very popular carvery and our special pizza nights.
Our Swimming Pool opens at the end of May and it is heated. Please note it is an outdoor pool so may feel colder.
